Teagan’s First Valentine’s Day

Well it has been awhile since my last blog post back in December. I seriously don’t know where January went! It was one of those months where we didn’t have too much formally planned, but ended up being so busy with other things that the entire month became a blur. I’ve noticed that can happen easily as a parent…time flies by and you ask yourself later where did the time go and what did we even do??

We have a lot of fun events coming up in the next month. Teagan’s first Valentine’s day happened this weekend, she has her dedication at church, she starts swimming lessons at the end of the month, in March we have her first birthday party, and at the end of the March Kent and I celebrate our 9 year anniversary. I’ll be blogging about it all, but for now here are some highlights from her first Valentine’s Day.

We spent Teagan’s first Valentine’s day at the Minnesota Children’s Museum. Kids under a year are free and for Kent and I it was $9.95 each (plus you have to pay for parking). It’s been a really long time since I have been to the Children’s Museum and it is definitely most age appropriate for kids about 2 years and older, but they have a fun toddler play area that Teagan really enjoyed, so it ended up being a good time! Here are a few pictures from the day.

We took a few pictures before we left. Here is my little Valentine all smiles!

She’s been cruising around the furniture lately. Almost walking on her own!

Berkley wanted in on this pic!

Love my boo!

We made it to the Children’s Museum! Teagan is still checking out the place…

Jackpot! She LOVES looking at herself in the mirror. This was a good find!

Then she found the rotating flower…

Checking out the view.

Back in the mirror! So big!!

My little love bug.

Checking out a cool rock wall with daddy.

She loved this wall too! So many fun things to touch!

Such a fun day with my little Valentine!DSC_0447

Until next time!
